I took my daughter in for a specific item she saw online. It was in stock and easy to find. Store was uncluttered and well organized.

Checkout went smoothly, Lexi was our cashier. Unfortunately for the other young cashier two women decided to make it their mission of the night to yell, belittle and threaten her due to some sort of order error. As a cashier I'm sure it wasn't even an error she caused or could fix. Regardless she held it together and remained professional. No one gets paid enough to deal with that level of nonsense.

I went for the 2nd time this year after a bad experience in the summer. To my surprise, I had an amazing experience today. Mackenzie was super helpful, kind & attentive to my needs. As well as the rest of the staff. Overall I would give 11 out 10.

Will be telling my experience to other family and friends!!

The supervisor, who is Latina from El Salvador, at that store is indecent and rude. I've been there to shop twice, and she doesn't even ask if I want a bag to pack my items. I end up carrying the clothes in my hands. They need to have friendly and business-savvy people. I won't return because of her.

Ardene's is a women's clothing store selling shoes and accessories as well. This one is located in The Oshawa Harmony road smart centre south.Loads of parking.

I went to ardenes in Oshawa (991 Taunton Road East #B8) at 1:25 PM and the employee named ROSIE Was at the register. I explained to her that the purses that I bought online were for $16 but the tag on the purse is $12. I asked her if I can return this bag and buy it for the price that it’s tagged for. She said “We don’t do that here, you have to buy it online at the price listed there.”… I repeated myself that online is a scam, it’s making us buy at a higher price but on the tag originally it’s showing me $12 and she repeated again and refused to return and buy it again at the lower price listed on the TAG. I’m never returning to this specific location again because I’m not too sure if this company is running a scam to make money or this specific employee. FYI when I asked to return overall she refused the refund and said she can only do store credit. Unbelievable.

I have been to this store about ten times now. I have never been greeted. I have never received any assistance at the change rooms. Nobody has ever offered to get me another size or asked if I need anything. If I've needed help I've had to hunt someone down every time. It's a huge store with a great selection but the change rooms are dirty and the whole place is kind of sad. Nobody is ever smiling.

I had an issue at the Oshawa North location and Head Office took time to listen and rectify the situation. I am extremely happy to have been listened to. I know that I can not base a review just from one employee. Previous to my situation, I have enjoyed shopping at that location.

WORSE PLACE EVER!! Don’t waste your time going to this location!! They make you wait outside without informing you that they will close or cut you off 15 mins before closing time!! Waited in line for 1 hour just to be next in line to say “sorry we are closing” but online there store hours are 10-7. NO ONE CAME OUT TO NOTIFY A LINE OF CROWD waiting outside to let us know!! They made us wait out just to say we can’t take you in!! PLEASE GO TO AJAX LOCATION!! BEST SERVICE EVER! Will NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS STORE
