After getting two surgeries done in this place, my overall impression is very positive. Comparing to some other similar outfits, the front staff here can use some improvement on courtesy and efficiency. Yet what the front might have lacked, the medical staff has more than made up for it. One I entered the prep area, I was surrounded by personable and competent medical professionals who knew what they were doing. By the time I was transported to the operating room, I met another team of experts and specialists who gave me an excellent feeling that I was in good hands. When I was brought to the recovery area, I woke up comfortable and never rushed. Discharge instructions were explained clearly. The fact that I trust and respect my surgeon has certainly helped make the visit a positive and smooth experience.

The entire staff today was absolutely amazing to our family! So kind! My child felt very comfortable for her first surgery! So thankful for everyone that assisted us today. Also, so such a clean place!!

Had appt for eye surgery. Got to building 8 minutes early. Receptionist made us stand outside while temp was 38 degrees until 6 am. Her and staff laughing drinking coffee eating. When Receptionist comes to let us in...lordy. w
hat a nasty cold attitude. I wouldn't go hear to have anything done. Tampa Eye Institute no better.

I do not recommend this facility. Worst customer service ever! I called this morning to get my appointment time for a scheduled surgery in 8/21. I spoke with Lisa who was very rude and unprofessional. Without even asking my name, she interrupted me and told me that they will call me with a scheduled time the day before the surgery. She had no interest un answering any questions. My concern is if she this is how patients are treated when simply inquiring about a rime, God forbid if something goes wrong during surgery. I don't feel that Lisa is caring, compassionate, nor cares about the patients concerns. I canceled my appointment and rescheduled to a different facility where I feel my concerns matter.

I was scheduled today for colonoscopy. I just want to thank all the staff and nurses and doctor that took care of me. They were kind and respectful. explain every procedure that they were doing to me. especially Bonnie such a sweet nurse she treated me like I was families she made me feel so comfortable. She said don’t worry. Everything‘s is going to be OK. thank God and your wonderful stuff it did. Thank you all. I will surely recommend this clinic. Thanks Alfrida Melendez

The nurses, reception, physician, anesthesiologist, and pre admission ladies treated me with such great care. They were all patient with me, answered all my questions, explained every step of the way, and were so caring when I was nervous and kept me comfortable! Thank you so much! Will be back in a few weeks!!

Dr. Ishwari Prasad who performed GI procedure without hearing aids , patient was in severe pain . Secondly he handed to the Tech. to perform the procedure.
This guy should be immediately removed from his position, licensed revoked, terminated from the Surgery Center due to malpractice.

The family should take this case to the court for immediate proceedings and he should be behind bars for not less than 8 years.

Never recommend anyone to this facility.

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted and everyone was so kind. I don't the names of the nurses and people who cared for me but they were so great!! They spent ample time answering questions and making sure I was comfortable.. Everyone was more than accommodating and it really was helpful in calming my nervousness. I would highly recommend going to this facility and would definitely return for another procedure. I wish all medical offices were this great.
