Very poor customer service. I visited this store a week earlier to switch my Airtel Black plans to prepaid. At the same time, I paid my postpaid bills and paid for my prepaid top-up in advance. They tell me it will take 24 hours to change the plan, but after I returned home, I called them way too often, and my prepaid plan hasn't changed yet. Daily, I called 2 or 3 times last one week, but they didn't respond well. Please don't visiting this store, If you wanted to visit this store, your time and money would be wasted.

Very worst customer service , I recently visited thus airtel store 3 months back to get my postpaid changed to prepaid , they made me pay amount more than my bill stating only if this due is cleared number can be changed to prepaid and denied to give bill and told I will get call in 3 days but bill due was never cleared and now my number is showing not registered in network. I have been using this postpaid service for two years for my WFH and now am on maternity leave with two 6 month old babies I am exhausted following up with airtel person daily and now finally all efforts are in vain am not able to use this number. All my family members are using airtel postpaid services but I really feel disappointed with this experience and thinking to switch network as am not able to order food or any basic needs for my babies as I am not able to get otp and am.not getting any proper response or support from customer care person

the worst service i have er seen. the sim they give are not the good one. they are least bothered about their costumer. and they no in the location in which they gave here. it is the streets but hteey have given the address in PT rajan road. what did they do for the costumer . for the past one week i am without a network connection in my phone because of them. i think so they should be reported.

Poor customer service. Only money minded store. For MNP, need to pay the recharge amount without switching from your current network. If we check with customer care, they asked to get sim alone first and recharge as you wish (Online or shop or Airtel shop) with sim cost, before getting sim or switching to airtel network. Anyways we are going to switch to Airtel, they can help us to switch to their network first and then we can recharge there itself right. They should not force us to stick to their rules, then what’s use of MNP. They need to learn, how to treat customers. Please avoid this store, it’s waste of time. Sure Airtel will loose it’s customer, if their customer visit this store.

Very worst customer handling.. Always not ready provide sim for requested plan. Even customer care and social media team not having sync with this store. Operate on their own decision, which cost the customer more.

Always in the mode of creating problem rather solution.if you visit this Airtel store.

Definitely i would never suggest this store and do not waste your time. i do not have less than 1 star. Hence given 1 star.
Change your current manager in the store otherwise Airtel will lose their customer definitely. I changed 4 of my family members including me to Jio due this worst service and note am a long period customer around 13 years Journey ended up with worst experience. Cheating store..

Poor communication and poor service.yesterday i bought one new sim they told 1 month unlimited talk time and data usage will be activated.with in half an hour.but now the sim is activated but recharge is not done i ask them they told i have to recharge.they are charging 322 for the sim and the recharge

Very Very worst service.... there is one lady in the branch she is cheating us....she always respond new numbers only..after collect customers money she didn't attend our calls...Be aware with her.. because still now didn't refund my amount...

No resolution for the CANCELLED CONNECTION for which they're sending the bills for more than 2 years. It's the worst kind of service that any telecom service provider could give. Even for MNP they're inconclusive in their answers to the customer's queries
