An Uber dropped me off in front of this place and it was the wrong location. I sat on the curb to figure out where I was at and the owner rolled up on me and told me it's can't sit there i need to move. Looking at the empty parking lot I was. Confused on why 5his man is trying to Rosa parks me telling me to move off the curb of an empty parking lot . I didn't even know there was a store here this man is too angry at the world and needs to treat people with respect and kindness then maybe someone will shop his store. Little did he know i wasn't aactually homeless i was lost ....so in the good words of The great rosa. I said ummm unnn.....1 star for me

Very rude people there. Ignores you and answers as if you’re asking for free, I’m buying for crying out loud!!! I didn’t force you to work there! Rudeness 100% please where is maggi, she said look at my hand, couldn’t see it and touched the wrong thing, hisses, snaps her fingers, angrily, LOOK AT MY HAND! Steer clear of this shop. Wish them the best

The man inside the store was EXTREMELY RUDE to the point where he started ignoring me until I purchased a product…the store is completely run down and over priced. This business is giving undercover business as a tax write off cause there’s no way this small business gets foot traffic. The shelves are dirty the store looks ran down and everything in the dirty freezer is freezer burned. Prior to purchasing my product I also asked what was the price of the item which is kept behind the counter, upon hearing the price of an item that is 10 dollars online for 25 my jaw dropped but I’m paying for convenience at this point , he said If I’m not going to buy it why I’m still here I can go purchase it online…. This is within 5 minutes of me being in his store .personally I would have left after he said that but I need the product . I said is that tax included he said yes , once I paid he said oh 99 cents …. So it went from 25.00 to 25.99 lol this place is a scam and a joke and yes I still gave up my 1 dollar but this is my first and last time coming into the store. Plus a small bag of cassava flower is 6 dollars in the store excluding tax, better off going to the Caribbean super market down the road. Upon reading everyone else review after writing it all makes sense now. Literally 80% of the reviews say the same exact thing from the store being run down expensive rude employees and fake prices. I’m extremely glad I came in pajamas and not my work attire , they probably would have charged me 50$ for a bottle. Guys this is not a real store go to the Caribbean market down the street.

The owners can be quite rude, no warm regard for customers. And they will cheat you if they get the chance, so check your receipt before you leave!
They were also very happy and eager to sell me a rotten tuber of yam - that was the first time I heard the owner say “thank you” since I’ve been visiting their store.

I love the owner and the environment she has created. I am american but still feel at home. They carry a wide variety of African products, no matter what I recipe I try she never misses. And she has put me up on game to try different dishes, she is very knowledgeable. This is my go to place always for good food and great remedies.

Omg, this is the worse Africa store have ever been to. I’m from PA, came for a vacation in Orlando. I checked out the Africa store near me, and here I found these rude owners. We drove 30 mins to this store, at a first glance, the store is so dirty and unkept. The owners are so so rude. I’m from Nigeria and I knew straight that these people are from Eastern Nigerian, no western Nigerian could be that rude. The prices are nothing to write home about, just a sachet
of paracetamol $7.99, imagine and she won’t let you talk or ask questions. Most of the prices are different prices when you check out. It maybe double when you pay. Something is not right…. Stay away from this store. Their rudeness, prices, dirtiness are crazy.
