Very friendly and helpful staff! The staff take notes when customers ask about something and they try to have it in stock the next time you come in. I kept coming back because I was at first surprised by the amount of Oxbow products for small animals! My bunnies are always spoiled by a new toy when I stop in. 🙂

Just love this store. The staff is outstanding. So many options for toys, food, treats .... The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable about the products they carry. If you don't see what you need, just ask if they can get it for you. What a great addition to the neighborhood.
