Great office for primary care and other medical services. Richie is an excellent provider who really takes the time to listen to any concerns and discuss multiple options for treatment. I am very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism from the front office staff, nurses and my provider. I would recommend The Palms, particularly Richie, to anybody in need of medical care.

I was told that my visit for a new patient without insurance would be $328 if I didn't qualify for the sliding scale. I didn't qualify. And all of a sudden I owe them $501.00 for a 5 minute office visit. Which when I called they told me that it was considered a mid-level visit (for 1 prescription). I'm very unhappy with my visit. I basically just threw $500 in the trash. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

I love Palms Medical Group in Flemming Island from the receptionist to the nurse and medical practitioners they are all super nice and helpful. I usually get anxiety going to doctors appointments but not with them. I will continue to come to them for all my medical needs.

I had moved to this area and this is my first visit at this location for Palms Medical Group. This place is located in a very nice and safe location. Office is very clean and staff are very friendly and professional. Highly recommend this location as well as Palms Medical Group. I have been going to them for years at a different location.
Hint Hint…. Wish they would have a location in or near Yulee Florida.

I hope to change my mind, but
At first, I appreciate all those people who talked with me on the phone today all day, and trying to help, Thank you lades.
Our doctor made 3 mistakes in referral for my 4 year son:
1. Wrong facility
2. Not emergency
3. Wrong broken leg
If I wouldn't call them all day long, they wouldn't even send it...
The craziest think is, that she called me and told that she mentioned, that she made mistake with wrong leg, maybe she was expecting me to come in to her office, and fix the mistake on her computer. I wouldn't be able to do appoiment at any facility in city with authorization on the wrong leg, dear Doctor. the only reason I came for visit, it was referral, she didn't do nothing else, ER did their job, and we were told to visit orto, to fix the bones, all I needed from her is referral (one paper), and she did it as difficult as possible,
I didn't expected, that broken leg in 2 places is not emergency, absolute cynicism
And also she wouldn't listen to you, if you asking for exact place you should be sended to, nobody cares. And of course she will tell you that your referral will takes days, because of your insurance, even if insurance has nothing with that, and they didn't even type the info in the system.
They artificially delay the processes, making your experience as humiliating as possible, make you continue to call hours and talk to all the staff in around. My insurance called them several times and never got through, the person in charge just hung up on the call. My insurance apologized a couple times for dealing with this.

Fantastic facility to get medical treatment. This group is awesome. For those that don't have medical insurance these people will get you treated. They charge you based on your income and they fee they calculate is actually fair. So, quality medical treatment at a reasonable price for people who don't have health insurance. Awesome.

Best staff best doctors best nurse same day appointment when I get there they make sure I am well taken care of make sure when I leave I have nothing to worry about when it comes to my health best doctors in Orange park Fl I been with them for over 3 yrs and I’m no going anywhere else 100% they are the best their number one priority is your health I feel safe with them if I can give a 10 stars I would
