I went to the pharmacy earlier this week and was served by a lovely young blonde girl who I could tell was still training. A great addition to the pharmacy! She was very understanding of my needs and questions and explained everything so well, thankyou!

Great equipment Great promotions for cosmetics
Diversified product selection ...
Usually A lot of people inside.
Products for children including clothes very expensive do not recommend.
Inside there is a pharmacy and a photo point
Easy to take pictures and print.
The parking is large but cramped He easy to scratch the car... Do not give your wife a car while she eats Don't give your wife a car when she's going there . It is possible to order online. Cost 5f but large orders divide into many buds and each comes on a different day This is a big problem

Was in the store and as there was no bus services nearby I decided to cal a taxi to get into the city. As I was only on holidays in the area I did not know of any taxi numbers. I asked a lovely lady at the counter who gave me two contact numbers. Staff like this are rare and hard to find but she made my visit pleasant.

Came to boots pharmacy last week to ask some advice at the counter. I was greeted by sophie who went above and beyond to help me she was fast and efficient but had some great medical advice which led to me purchasing a product that has really helped whilst providing service with a smile, a real asset to your team

Today, I went into Boots looking for a specific type of cream in the pharmacy section of the store. I was helped by a friendly, helpful and empathetic lady named Sarah. She took initiative, approached me as I stood waiting to be assisted. Sarah is so helpful and quickly built a rapport with me. She showed interest and pointed out several options to solve my health issue.
About a month ago, I also went in for a different issue for which Sarah advised me. Thank you Sarah! Overall, my experience visiting this store have been positive, but she stands out above the rest.

Sophie from the Pharmacy department is incredibly hardworking and professional, in fact all the pharmacy staff work very hard and do an amazing job. Yes the pharmacy is always busy but at the end of the day it’s not their fault and they do an amazing job in a stressful setting.

Lat week I went into boots Sixfields Boots Northampton.
The lady working in there said that there was no one to help me with reading an an item that I wanted to buy, as she said she had to stay at the till..So I went someone else to buy the item.
Today I wanted some items and asked if the lady by the till could serve me and she said that I have to do it myself it is all self service? Again I went somewhere else to buy the products.
They did have some very good prices but the problem is poor stock issues.
Nearly every time I visit for something they either don't stock it or they have run out.

This place is wasting time , I was on the phone for more than 45 minutes as I wanted to know if they had the injection I wanted and no body answer my call as I am disabled I can’t go to the store, this is very frustrating if they can’t give good customer care they should close the store
