I had a pleasant experience buying a bike from BAM. Ah Heng was helpful and made sure the entire process was seamless and fuss free. Saw an ad for a used Forza on Carousell and decided to drop by to take a look. Was quite satisfied with the condition of the bike, haggled a bit on the price, settled on a price both parties are happy with and made the transfer. Very quick transaction. Ah Heng spruced up the bike a bit, changed new seats, etc and bike is ready for collection in a couple of days. Will definitely consider BAM again for future purchases as they have quite a huge selection of bikes and good customer relations. Recommended.
