Yoooooo. Hear me when I say this. Drew and Idris are everything! Let my first say that the store is absolutely amazing. The staff that assisted me was nothing but helpful! I came stressed and left with smiles. Drew handled all of my issues and concerns with ease. Idris has the best customer service skills ever. I don’t know where trek found these two amazing individuals, but they are truly wonderful people. With that aside, the atmosphere in there was great as well. You are definitely greeted when you walk through the door. Even if the staff was handling/working on a bike, they will make sure that you feel welcomed. I just had to write this review. Do yourself a favor, get a Trek and GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!

As always, my experience at Trek, Manayunk, was positive. I had some issues with my tires and without hesitation, Drew took my bike and made the necessary repairs. I appreciate that the work was done on the spot, because I live 25 minutes from the shop, and did not have to come back to pick up the bike. Also, I am now able to ride weekend.

Almost all Trek stores I have been to have an amazing staff with great customer service but this location even tops that. The store is bigger than most local Trek stores I have been to in the Philly suburbs and the floor plan is really well laid out. Can find pretty much all the Trek Accessories here. I also found this store to be following the most stringent COVID guidelines from the number of people allowed in at a time to hand sanitizing when entering the store and just general awareness of how to safely operate during a pandemic. A very special shout out to Stefan who is easily among the politest and most helpful staff member I have ever encountered anywhere. He is extremely knowledgeable about the bikes and was really helpful on the phone as well as in person. He has the unique gift of a pleasant personality coupled with the willingness to go above and beyond in helping all customers. Takes customer service to another level. A big thank you to him.

Great clean shop with nice, knowledgeable staff. I’ve purchased three Trek bikes and all were excellent. This shop has a good selection and has community rides that start there. Twice I’ve had issues on longer rides and have stopped in. They’ve been so helpful both times. Grateful to have this shop in our community. 10/10

Purchased the Trek Roscoe 6 from this location today. Awesome experience with Trek from the get go. Easy to research and compare specs on the website. Directed me to this location as they had the bike in stock. Spoke with Drew on the phone and he confirmed the availability. Drove over after work and had a great in store experience. Drew was laid back and made me feel welcomed as a newbie to the bike community. They set the bike up for me and answered all my questions. Great experience overall and a great bike! Thank you

My complimentary service was about to expire and I received a text from Drew advising me that it was about to expire and that I can bring it in at any time for the service! I don’t know of many bike shops that would have done that, but I thought that was exceptional service and my bike was tuned up like it was new!

The customer service was PHENOMENAL!!! The bike was professionally assembled and ready to be picked up within 24 hours of ordering online. I will definitely buy and bring my bikes here for repairs in the future.
