What an incredible bike shop with knowledgeable and helpful staff! I purchased a bike for my son’s girlfriend and it was more of an entry level bike and there was no pressure on a upsale.
Mike went over the bike with her as if she bought a high end bike. What a wonderful experience. Highly recommend anyone looking for a bike as a beginner or experienced rider. Also a really sharp bike shop.

It's absolutely a nice bike, the staffs at spring house were also very enthusiastic to answer any question I had, which made me feel more assured to order and ride my new bike (2022 Marlin 7) from there. After two weeks of riding, I took my new bike back to the shop for debugging, it was well resolved within short time and I got very nice post service also. I would highly recommend this spring house store to my friends and colleagues.

I went into this place cold not knowing what to expect. I had just got into biking again and got a new bike. Unfortunately when I assembled it there were a few issues. The technician was super helpful and kind and really knew what he was doing. He tuned it up and sent me on my way as happy as can be. I absolutely love this place! I’ll be back. Sales R nice and pro. But strongly suggest you guys get a e-mail receipt.

Bought 2 bikes there and paid on April，picked up one bike on May 5th.meanwhile bought a THULE FRAME ADAPTER NEW 5293514 and paid.Got a paper receipt.May 12th went to picked up another bike.They stop me when I heading out saying I haven't paid the Thule frame adapter. So awkward. They insisted that I haven't paid and showing me their computer system. Wanted me to pay one more time.The truth is Those employees were no in the same page.They put info in different page.
They found out I had paid already at the end.Otherwise I have to go home and found out the receipt from the trash can.
By the way. They forgot to say something to me about the mistake

We are so happy with our new e-bike and rack. The bike (Dual Sport+ 2) is much lighter than any we have tried and the ride quality is great.
