The folks here are amazing, but then again I’ve never had a bad experience at a Trek store! I took my road bike in for the complimentary one year tune -up after the year was technically up and no one blinked an eye! They were beyond gracious and willing to set me up with the tune up at no charge. Because of this, I decided to also get my handlebar tape and water bottle cages replaced and they ordered the color I wanted from California and honored the sale price!

The guys here are just nice in general. Kyle even gave me a replacement cable free of charge when I told him that I’d lost mine in a series of moves.

Bonus- - Anthony coordinates the annual Ardmore Rock ‘n Ride event, so they really do a lot to connect cyclists to group events and to the community in general, which I absolutely love ❤️ I participated in the Rock ‘n Ride last year for the first time and it was great. An awesome all day family event.

I came in with a last minute problem right before I went out on my weekly ride. I didn’t really have even a minute to spare. I’m so grateful to Joe, the new service manager, for jumping right in my problem, identifying that it was my brake pads in the rear, and swapping them out for me in less than 10 minutes! I made it to my ride in time and the bike rode better than it had in a month! A really outstanding customer experience! Shoutout to Anthony and the rest of the crew for always taking care of me. I don’t live in Ardmore anymore but Trek Ardmore is still my go-to for service and gear. Thanks to all!

Can’t say enough good things about this place. They really helped me out in a pinch. When no other bike shop could help me find the specific child seat attachment that I was looking for, this crew tracked one down and had it delivered to their store next day…at no extra cost! They are real pros. Will go back again for future service even though I do not live close to the store. Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable too.

I love this store, I leave happy every time I go in there. They ensure you have good perfomance and comfort on your bike. I am eager to get back into biking and they are just as eager to help me succeed. I just met Joe, the new store manager, and he is fantastic! So patient and kind. I cannot recommend this store enough!
