The best experience!! Jo Ane is amazing and will take care of you. I had about 60 gifts to send to clients and she packaged everything, making sure they looked perfect. We got so many compliments from the recipients on how beautiful the packages looked. She was so organized and helpful throughout the entire process and made it so easy for me. I will only go to this location moving forward. Such wonderful customer service!!!

They stopped taking anything for USPS bc it wasn’t worth it but trying to send something via UPS (local) now costing $13 leaves us no other option than to go elsewhere.
So we will go to other UPS stores or suck it up at USPS. Joann- you will lose business- I could already tell when I was in there. What once was a very busy store is now appearing very very empty. And now when people realize they have to go elsewhere after they’ve stopped there will definitely hurt your business.

The customer service is phenomenal. Have been going to this UPS for years! Wedding shower invites, wedding invites, addressed envelopes, thank yous. They have been a part and very helpful with a lot big life events for me. And then just your day to day stuff, mailing, stamps, amazon returns, scan faxing! Very helpful, efficient, friendly, the list goes on. JoAnn is like part of our family. She has helped us with the biggest events in our lives (wedding shower, wedding, thank yous, baby shower!!! ... plus and always your everyday stuff) she is always smiling , so friendly, helpful and amazing!

Sharon did a spectacular job helping me download a photo of my bestie from my phone and print it and put it in a picture frame to get it sent to my friend for her birthday! The store manager at Store #6434 is an incompetent liar. I had a friend forward a package to me. The UPS Store added the wrong country and had the audacity to charge me $178.30 to send it internationally because they put the wrong country on the label. The manager lied to me and said that the store is independently owned but that she does not have their contact number. Not ‘not allowed to share’ but ‘do not have’. This is an outright lie. My friend was given the correct address by me. The UPS Store adding erroneous information is their fault. I have shipped hundreds of items via UPS and this is my worst experience ever.

Follow up in response to your reply: You put the wrong country on the label. The shipper was not given that information because it wasn’t needed. If you had called me (you had my number) then I would have corrected it. The shipper verified the address that I had given him. It’s not his fault you added the wrong address. Your repeated refusal to take responsibility is a major fail on your part.

I am so happy with the service. The people are wonderful. I am so happy with the new ownership. Please ignore old negitive comments since this was based on the old owner ship who abandoned the store.
