This is usually my favorite place. This was just a call to ask for help with an icon that appeared after I started the car. It started like it was a dying battery but the icon was a red car with a key light. The service agent would not help me
And said I had to bring it in. I read the manual and it was my key fob. Low power. I changed to a different key fob and everything was okay. The service agent should have know the description of the icon. He would not help.

My sunroof was leaking so I took it to Nissan Service to check it out. Scott told me that my drains was collapsed and needed to be replaced. I asked him are you sure they’re not just clogged (per my goggle search) and can be unclogged. He said no then I asked if I could see my car. The tech that was working on my car said that they were clogged and not collapsed. But then said they do not unclog the drains they have to be replaced. I agreed to the $660 service. But on the day Of my appointment I decided to call another Nissan location. The nice and honest guy Xavier told me yes they can unclog the drains for only $289. Of course I took my car there and with no problems they unclogged my drains. I would never be returning to the Wesley Chapel Nissan service location. Scott was dishonest and was literally just trying to line his pocket for profit. It pays to be honest with customers and not try to get over on them. They just lost a customer for life.

Alfonso (AJ) is excellent as service writers go. I use to be one so I know. He personable and listens to the customer also doesn't sell what's not needed regardless of what the inspection report says. He's my go to guy. I hope he'll be there for many years.

I was pretty impressed with the service they provided. They did a good job and it didn't cost me that much due to the extended warranty I purchased. Glad I did! They had me in and out fairly quickly and my service guy was Matt, a really nice guy! He went over everything and helped me understand my warranty. Matt took good care of me and my car!

I needed to get air in all 4 tires on my wife's car. They got me into the shop in about 15 minutes. The service manager who greeted me took care of me right away. He put the air in all of the tires & got me out in less than 5 minutes. Great personal service. I will be back
