My husband and I went to Dallas from California by my car. I have had driving 24 hours. When we back home we booked a hotel for the night. We chose Holiday Inn because it had a rating of over 4 stars and great reviews. Many customers said it is so clean. We arrived at the hotel around 11 p.m., exhausted from a long drive. After late dinner, I can go to bed around midnight. However, when I lift the comforter, I was horrified to find stains of blood, body hair, and a hairs on what was supposed to be a freshly made bed. It was clear that the bed linens had not been changed.

I tried calling the front desk and housekeeping multiple times, but no one answered. I went down to the front desk to file a complaint and showed them photos of the disgusting bedding. They offered to move us to another room, but it was already past midnight, and I was too tired to pack everything again. I asked for new sheets instead, but they handed me sheets and a comforter and told me to change the bed myself because no one was available to help.

I was absolutely appalled and felt incredibly uncomfortable. I waited until morning to speak with a manager. No one came to check the room or apologize. I couldn’t sleep properly, didn’t feel clean enough to shower, and skipped breakfast out of sheer frustration.

When I checked out early in the morning, I showed the manager the photos again and requested a refund. She only offered me some points, claiming there was nothing she could do because I had booked through a third party. I was deeply disappointed and angry.

I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again in my life. They clearly only care about guests who book through their website at higher prices. They refuse to take responsibility for guests who book through third-party platforms. Don’t go Holiday Inn if you value cleanliness and respect.

We stayed here this past weekend and received the best service. We came in from 9 hours away early and they allowed us to check in Early and the breakfast was tasty and the entire time we were there everyone working kept the whole place so clean and neat. We are definitely staying here again next time we come! Thank you all!

Needed a very late check in and staff was wonderful when we arrived. Gave us a nice double queen room close to the lobby on ground floor so we didn’t disturb others and fast to move in to. Comfortable beds. The breakfast that was included was far superior then I have ever had at other hotels I’ve stayed at.

Why is this location charging for parking? $10 a day for a parking lot like every other free parking lot at a Holiday Inn Express. It’s some sort of national company PMC they are working with, staff says “it’s a corporate decision”. This isn’t a downtown area where parking space or garage spots are limited. Every other hotel in this immediate area, on the other side of I-10 too, do not charge for parking. Other Holiday Inns in El Paso do not charge - not even the downtown location! If you’re Diamond Elite you can still have a close spot to park, but you still have to pay!Hope this parking fee is an experiment that fails. Just charge extra for the room IHG if you’re needing more revenue.
Had no problems with room or noise like others have said. Breakfast was typical and dining area was nice and clean.

Parking is NOT free. $10 a day. Looks like this location they partnered up with a parking management company. I expect this in large downtown areas where parking is limited (even El Paso downtown), but this is just like every other Holiday Inn Express with free onsite parking. Only this one charges. If you need to stay in this area and not further east, west, or north, then every other hotel next door (except Staybridge, they are IHG) and on the other side of the freeway has free parking. If the hotel needs more money, just increase the room rate a few bucks! Room was clean, staff was nice enough. Just can’t get over the parking charges.

Sadness. This was our FAVORITE hotel to stay at! We live 3 hours away from El Paso so we come here to do our regular shopping because we don’t have anywhere to shop closer. To our dismay, after always staying here, we found out that we have to PAY for guest parking! We already pay enough for the hotel and normally stay at least 2 nights at a time! Give parking free to guests who stay more than a day! Or give guests a parking pass for the windshield if you are worried about non-guests taking up parking spaces! Don’t charge more; that’s a huge turn away!
**Comfy beds! Clean bedding! No juice or water! No chocolate milk. Fridge not stocked. Breakfast needs 2 waffle makers and a working pancake machine.

Positive: The staff at Staybridge were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was a plus. I?m glad when they relocated me to a different hotel it was nearby my meeting. Negative: Our reservation was canceled upon arrival due to unforeseen circumstances. We ended up next door at Staybridge. We were charged parking and it wasn?t our fault we got moved. No one called or emailed about the change.
