Hands down best place to buy music equipment. I have now purchased three guitars and the staff here really cares about their customers and not just making a sale. Ron sold my daughter and I our first guitar and made sure we were satisfied with it as he gave us very helpful information. Allen helped with my bass purchase and let me know the differences between the Jazz and Precision Fender basses. Corey the manager that was on duty was very helpful in resolving a price issue I had received from a different store. The other staff is just as helpful as they set me up with my ESP/LTD guitar and Positive Spark Go amp speaker. I have nothing but high praises and they have won me as a lifelong customer.

Went in to get the whammy bar replaced because the threads were stripped. They had to replace a part, which is fine. I show up to get the guitar and the clerk hands it to me strings up to test it. Sounds and feels fine, but I never flipped it over (my mistake). Didn't realize until i got home and after they closed that the tech never put a back plate on. I'm sure the clerk had no involvement in the repair, but it's unprofessional to not tell me about this.

Great customer service !!! I walked into the store yesterday, and my request for finding a gear within budget vs expectations was greatly met with the outstanding help of Gabriel. He came up with four different solutions (one of them was in fact pretty much creative), he also set me up to try these equipments, showing not only his extensive product knowledge but also passion for music and of course customer service.
I have been a customer to this store for almost five years now; and I have to say that they have improved their customer service to top notch for the last two years consistently. Despite the fact that the store was really crowded yesterday, you could notice all staff members engaging, running around, helping everyone etc. Great overall experience, thank you guys !!!

I got my wife a guitar there. Pretty decent service. Allen was the guy who helped me finding my wife a guitar. Unfortunately, the guitar strap pin was missing on the new guitar, so I had to drive back to the store to get it. It was probably missed when we put the guitar in the new case at the store. Allen assured me their insurance would cover anything on the guitar except for theft and fire. Seems like a good deal coming out at $200 for a 5 year period on the new guitar.

Let me tell you something: best customer service! I had a guitar I bought from another Guitar Center and it was beat up and not playable. I took it to my local Guitar Center here in Winter Park and they found the same guitar at another store, in way better condition, shipped it locally here, and then allowed me to take it at the same price for the one I previously purchased. The way this store is being run from the management side and the employees there are phenomenal. Steven and Alberto were awesome to work with! They've got my business for everything going forward because I know they're there to make their customers happy!

Just got my first ever electric guitar from them! And I wouldn't have been able to do it on my own without help from Allen, he was incredibly helpful!

I am an absolute beginner, I've only ever had a violin that i never got to actually play as a kid- and a cheap amazon guitar that i didn't know how to tune and never got lessons for- so I didn't even know how to properly hold a guitar, or even figure out what was comfortable for me! But he helped out with that immediately, and was very sweet! He played the guitar for me since I also, don't know how to play guitar properly! I got to hear the different sort of sounds and vibes i like in music... Fell in love with the guitar, full sound and feel... With his help I knew it was for sure what I wanted to play!

I explained to him what sort of set up i was going for and he helped grab me all the things i would need in order to have it connect to my computer and also have a mic that i can sing into! I am really excited to start my lessons in the new year and have lots of fun playing!! Thank you so much Allen <3

Their manager is excellent and they can get anything in stock and have excellent used items and do price matching. Great place to get your hands on the merch. That said I wouldn't take my guitar to the tech here, I was missing a back plate when I got my guitar back and it had buzzing frets and too low action and he put 9 gauge strings on when I included a set of 10 gauge with the list of instructions.

It's a nice store. A lot smaller than what I'm used to. They have majority of the name brands w a decent selection. I was looking for an acoustic bass but there was only 1 5 string and no 6 strings which I'm actually looking for..
