I had arrived as a walk-in and was greeted immediately by the front desk staff. I was given an appointment and then others started to walk-in at some point one was an emergency and that person was attended to immediately. Then to find out that due to the emergency I was never checked in and I had to wait longer and those that arrived after me were being called first. I personally was not upset but I thought since they knew I was there before they would let the medical staff in the back know so I didn't have to wait. The medical staff were welcoming and friendly the Dr. I saw was very pleasant and showed me that she was concerned about me and took necessary steps to make me feel better.

I can’t recommend Centra Care highly enough! I first injured my sciatica over a year ago, and when it flared up again recently, they were able to see me immediately. From the moment I walked in, the staff showed genuine compassion and understanding for the level of pain I was in. The doctors and nurses didn’t hesitate to provide the care and medication I needed, allowing me to focus on caring for my two young children.

Every visit to Centra Care has been exceptional. They consistently treat patients like individuals, not just numbers, and their accommodating nature in times of urgency is truly remarkable. Knowing I can rely on them for prompt, empathetic care gives me immense peace of mind. Five stars every single time—thank you, Centra Care!

I love this place! The staff is great! I’ve been coming here for over 8 years and have never had a bad experience. They’re friendly, professional, and quick to take care of me, even as a walk-in. The doctors are all good, but Kishma Williams is especially a wonderful doctor who addresses all my health issues, and even goes so far as to double check test results if she feels unsure about them. Terrible experience. Staff was not the friendliest. I described my flu-like symptoms to Doctor Kishma Williams, they simply tested me for the flu and COVID, and a different staff member entered the room to let me know the tests were negative. Never saw Doctor Williams again, no explanation for why I was having those symptoms or any follow up (despite the symptoms getting worse the next day), just got handed a sheet of paper saying the test came back negative and sent on my way.

Two weeks later, not only do I still have symptoms, I have a nasty case of strep throat. If only the providers here had cared about anything I told them in the slightest, or listened to me at all, perhaps I wouldn’t be dealing with this worsening infection now.

Not only would I never go here again, I would also urge others to stay as far away as possible.

The staff there was amazing and great. Especially Roldjeen and Hazel, they were kind and guided me throughout the whole process. The service was fast and the MD was very informative. Would definitely return.

My 23yr old son came here today, after being in pain with stomach issues for 2wks (he went to the er a week prior, and hasn’t experienced relief).he is waiting for a Gastro appt. The professional who saw him was extremely dismissive, and when I requested to speak to her to receive clarification on things he didn’t understand, Michelle was rude and actually gave me parenting advice. I would never recommend this facility if there was another option. I will say, the front desk was extremely kind and listened to my concerns.

Excellent service. Made an appointment online and headed to the Azalea Park Centra Care. Check in with friendly, professional staff was super easy. I got called in within 10 minutes of my arrival and was out within 40 minutes with test results, prescription script, and work note in hand. They were fast and efficient, yet thorough with my care. Very satisfied and would use them again.

I wish I could give a thousand stars. The there was super friendly. I was greeted by everyone nicely and treated very well. The Doctor quickly used her expertise to treat me and also educating me on my situation. I wasn't rushed , my concerns was met. 1 Dat later and I feeling ? better than I did when i walker in to the urgent care. Thank You
