Love our 99 store. If I’m ever looking for something, a woman in the freezer section seems to always come out and help by asking my husband and i If there is something she can help us find. She even goes above and beyond without us even asking in checking In the back freezer section to look. The manager I assume who is always there is always friendly and welcoming. I thought I finally give them their five stars after todays visit. The produce was so nicely stocked and everything was fresh! Unlike other 99 stores I have visited were the produce is rotting.

99 Cents Only Store is the best for us senior and homeless. The prices of some items help us to buy what we need. I am so upset that our 99 Cents store is closing here in Los Banos CA.

I don’t know who put this lady Dolores as manager but she is so unprofessional and rude. I overheard heard her talking badly about her employees while checking out. Overall the store has great prices and employees are very helpful. Shame on Dolores for bringing down this company.

Good variety of products. Unfortunately, the prices of the majority of said products don't do the name of the store any justice. 99 Cents Only Store is no longer 99 Cents as it used to be long ago. Prices everywhere have gone up understandably so, so the store itself is not to blame. However, some are a bit ridiculous, and other items which used to be $1.00 have gone up twice as much, if not sometimes a bit more.

99c only store is not 99c anymore. After the name is changed, this is actually false advertising. I got home and looked at my receipt, and I was shocked at some of the prices I paid for some regular 1.25 cents items available at Dollar Tree. Deceivers!! Unfortunately.

The store is pretty organized and clean. The service was acceptable. Now the but....
The sign says 99 Cent Store. I took my kids and told them they can each have five items before we got in. I had to keep my word. The items my kids picked up were varying from $1.99 to $5. I spent four times what I had intended to. They either need to change their name or live up to it.
