I just left this store and the workers in there are useless! The girl was so busy complaining about section 8 that she forgot to put my earrings in the bag. I can’t stand ignorant a$$ people working in customer service settings. Too busy running their mouths to take care of the customer.

So, I’m visiting my friend SC for the first time from CO… there was a girl working there and was at the register… she looked up and asked us if we could go get the manager. We looked at each other like “huh?” And the employee said “I don’t do this!” (Assuming she was referring to working the register) she then got an attitude and told us she’ll be back and went and got who I assume to be the manager to work the register….. it’s was the most awkward situation I’ve ever experienced in a store. Like I have an idea who the manager was or looked like….. they don’t wear any clothes To make employees stand out, and she was kind of rude and unprofessional. Not sure I’d go back. There were some cute clothes… but I think I’ll just try to find something elsewhere instead of go back to a place where the employees say they can’t do their job.

Myself and my friend was looking at the selection of sandals the store had and we asked the young man, whom is a store employee, about the sizes for the selection we were interested in purchasing, however the employee was very rude and unprofessional, therefore I stated I will leave because I do not have to spend my money here; and he stated he don't need my money and to leave and that is exactly what we did and refuse to return. I don't recommend anyone shopping experience to accept rude and unprofessional customer service .

Today (9/24/18) I returned to this store to exchange a pair of shoes that were the display pair of shoes which had a little damage to the top surface of the shoes with that being said I proceeded to make that exchange. Upon my return to the register the guy cashier stated “those are the same shoes why do want to exchange them” so I showed him the damage and that they were never worn so he allowed me to exchange the shoes. As I was leaving he would not return my bag or my receipts that were in the bag which was for two separate purchases. As I asked him for them back he proceeded to tear up my receipts in front of me. As he did that I asked him why would you tear up my receipts which are my proof of purchases. He gave me no explanation after I repeatedly asked him why did he tear up my receipts which he continued to give me no reason as to why he did so and told me that I was no longer allowed to return to the store and to leave. I asked him if he was the owner as well as who is the owner but he refused to disclose that information. I do have the transaction saved with my bank as the purchase was done via debit. This cashier was very very very rude and had a very nasty attitude. So customers beware.

I bought a size 7 golden (not yellow intense gold) pair of calf high boots originally priced @ 29.99 with promotional 30% off on 2/8/2020 for $20.99 plus tax.
Wore them Friday, 2/21/2020 for 1st time in the office when I noticed the outer material started to split/bubble up at ankle height coming off the lining it was attached to, exposing the underlying red layer and beige boot liner on the right boot!
Other boot started also after another hour.
Went to store 2/24 after work to show them the faulty product. I was asked for receipt which I handed over to manager.
I was told it's only good for 7 day return as it states on it. I responded I read that however this is a faulty product and shouldn't fall apart after 2 hours of having them on indoors.
The manager to go over to pick another pair however didn't have my size. He wanted to give me a size 8 or silver color (nope, not walking on the moon/galaxy)! I did try them on to show willingness but the boots were too wide on my foot and calf, clearly too big.
He said to pick a different pair for $19.99!?
They didn't have any calf hight boots for $19.99 nor in size 7.
I picked a different pair 7 for $24.99 which was only ankle high & only price they seem to have left) and he demanded $4 difference!
I told him this is an exchange for a faulty product. He insisted on the $4 as he didn't want to refund nor give a store credit for a later purchase.
Now I paid full price $24.99 for a pair of ankle booties I didn't have a choice off due to size not available!!! I told him I won't be shopping at his store again nor recommend it plus warning others to avoid it as well. He replied he doesn't care.
This is definitely NOT customer service!!!
I do have pictures proof of the golden boots!

The owner/manager/man was extremely nasty and unkind! It amazes me how a business needs your money, but insists on mistreating certain customers. In my opinion, he is very unprofessional and rude. My soul is too precious to sell it four a $14.98 dress and $4.98 shorts. I left the junk right on the counter since he cannot seem to value me. Not happening in 2020! My conscience will not allow me to reward bad behavior.... Okay, you don't value me, but I will still give you my hard earned money during Covid-19. NOT!!!

A ton of stuff in this store, mostly cheaply made and over priced, especially the clothing. I was not impressed with the assortment of sizes in the women's clothing, especially jeans. Great hair accessory variety, and lots of jewelry too. Nothing with real precious metals or stones though. Oh, NOTHING costs only 98¢! Even though almost everything looked and felt like it should only cost that much, Nothing was priced even CLOSE to that!

My mother visits this store occasionally because she likes to support local businesses. However todays visit went totally south. Today she decided to try something on, while accidentally bumped in the mirror, which caused it to move a bit. Somehow the store owner noticed. Mind u she was in the dressing room. The man came to dressing room area and yelled at her and asked her to leave in front of everyone in the store. Confused she asked what was the problem and questioned him. She asked if they had cameras or something in there and the guy actually said yes. He said it was to make sure people don't steal. Not only its illegal but I have a feeling that those cameras are not there for that purpose. I am not able to tell you how many women and children go to this store and try on items in the dressing rooms but I’d be carefull if I were you.
