我今天去退了一個火鍋電爐子，我跟那姐姐說因為那電爐子線太短了，我不想要把那個電線板放到飯桌上，感覺有點危險所以想退，而且我很坦白的說那鍋子我有用水擦過，可是我沒有用過，沒有開過爐子，結果那姐姐說你沒用過幹嘛要擦，擦了就說明你用了，這話分明是在欺負人，這火鍋看底部就知道有沒有用過呀，很明顯的，再說，誰買這種厨房用品回家直接用的，拿出來時上面一層灰，我擦一下很正常很合理呀，後來我堅持退掉了，以後不會再去，還說什麼14天return policy，真的有被噁心到，太欺負人了。

So I tried to return an electric hotpot/stove combo because of the cord design, it seemed a bit unfit for my table because i had to run another long extension across the table. And the staff was being very difficult even though they have a 14 days return policy as long as the merchandise in new condition. Not only the staff was being very rude but also accusing me of returning an used one. I asked them to check the bottom and they could clearly see that was never used! If I have used it then you would definitely see marks and scratches there. I have never even turned that stove on! I just wiped it down a little when i first took it out and put it back in its original packaging after! At the end I just insisted to have it returned and the staff just gave me a dirty look.

The best shop in prairie provinces! I was completely shocked that they have everything I want. I spend 2 weeks go around city tried to buy a slipper. But couldn’t find one i want. Next time i will be here directly. Stationary kitchen home appliances blankets beauty supply……
Price is significantly lower than competitors!

当我要退回我剛新買的豆浆机，因量柸容量太小，不是我想要的。我只看了一下便包回退货。但那男的售貨員说我是用过，我不停说沒有因我真的沒有过。他還是不停的說我有用过，我真的憤怒。真的令人惡心。

One of my favourite shops to visit at the Horizon mall. Great deals and a lot of knickknacks are available. Underground parking is available as well lots of parking outside. They have everything - appliances, crockery, shoes and sandals, utensils, bathroom products to even makeup. Products are very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend!

Located at the ground floor of the horizon mall. Lots of sale stuff right now. A lot of which I see in Ali express however, at least here you are sure to get your stuff right away! Lots of again products. Lots of electronics too for cooking! From hot pots, to rice cooker.. air fryer they carry Japanese made stuff so it is really pricey but last forever! You get what you pay for after all! When I visited, they got summer quilt on sale for a double size $19.98. Great deal I say! I attached the only 2 pics I took. Baby bath tubs. It's good price as well!

Having had lived in South Korea for two years, this store felt very familiar. I recognize the number of the products and the brand names and was impressed that they carry a lot of products I’m familiar with here at home as well for a very good price. Overall an interesting place to shop.

Neat concept selling Asian products. Located at West entrance of the New Horizon Mall. Interesting selection of goods from baby supplies to kitchen goods like Zojirushi rice cookers and appliances. Some products were similar to dollar store products but pricier. Lots of staff around to help customers.
